Project Summary

The Sunio One Chief Architect led the engagement to assess current state business and digital posture, intersect the defined mission and strategy of the enterprise, and project the target state capabilities needed across business, digital, data and technology.

The Challenge

The enterprise had set an ambitious mission to grow rapidly, increase returns and pivot towards a digital and data centric asset holder.
